Pledges give fans an opportunity to help Creators turn their ideas into a real product. 

If you're a Creator:

Pledges allow Creators to measure fan interest before developing a prototype and moving forward with a broader release. This ensures demand before we start the design work, and cements we are creating something your audience wants!

If you're an Individual: 

When you support a pledge, you’re committing toward the purchase of the product by placing a $2 pledge today. If the project moves forward, the pledge is applied toward your order and the remaining balance is charged before production begins.
